Salary / Allowances
– Salary
Basic salary ¥177,491 + various allowances
– Allowances
- Perfect attendance allowance: 10,000 yen
- Qualification allowance: 5,000 to 44,000 yen
- Rent allowance: 10,000 yen (conditions apply)
- Dependent allowance: 15,000 yen (conditions apply)
- Overtime pay: 25%
- Statutory holiday allowance: 35%
- Captains allowance: 5,000 to 30,000 yen
- Job allowance: Varies depending on position
- Skill allowance: Varies depending on PADI SP INST qualification
- Sales promotion allowance: 2%
- Domestic tour leader allowance: 2%
- Overseas tour leader allowance: 3%
